vinification
After the grapes are pressed and the must ferments at a controlled temperature, a second, slow fermentation process takes place in large closed fermentation tanks, which leads to the formation of a fine foam. The result is a wine with a delicate pink colour and a sparkling, subtle perlage.
tasting notes
The persistent and fresh aroma has hints of red fruits with a mineral and floral note. Deliciously fresh and tasty with a wonderfully harmonious structure.
food pairings
It pairs well with pasta dishes, but also with fish and meat, as well as antipasti.
region
Veneto is home of the very famous Prosecco, produced on the hillsides of the first slopes of the Dolomite mountains, in the north of the Province of Treviso. The location ensures a temperate climate with constant ventilation and frequent summer rainfall.
