Prosecco DOC - Vino Spumante Extra Dry

The Doppio Passo Prosecco DOC, from Prosecco area in the hills surrounding Treviso, in northern Italy, enjoys a long and gentle second fermentation process at controlled temperatures resulting in a subtle coloration and the fine and delicate perlage. The process also unlocks a mild but long-lasting fruity aroma with nuances of ripe apples, pears and citrus notes.

Alcohol content: 11% vol.

Ideal with lightly sweetened pastries, macaroons, and “semifreddo” - semi-frozen cakes.

Prosecco DOC Rosé

DOC - Vino Spumante Extra Dry

Doppio Passo Prosecco DOC Rosé is a successful example of the new Rosé DOC in Prosecco. Following the pressing of the grapes and the fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature, a second, slow, fermentation process takes place in large closed fermentation tanks, leading to the formation of a fine foam. The result is a wine with a delicate light pink color and shimmering, subtle perlage. The lasting and fresh aroma shows hints of red fruits with a mineral and floral note. Deliciously fresh and tasty with a delightfully harmonious structure.
